Role & Responsibility
James is our Chief Product Officer (CPO), responsible for leading all product, software development, and user experience (UX) at Manufacturo. He architects systems that balance innovation with operational rigor โ always driven by a relentless commitment to continuous improvement. With an eye for both systemic optimization and user-level execution, he ensures Manufacturo consistently delivers speed, quality, and usability across every layer of high-complexity manufacturing.
Experience & Expertise
With nearly three decades of experience in enterprise manufacturing software โ including focus in aerospace, defense, and other mission-critical industries โ James has built and scaled software used in some of the worldโs most demanding environments.
Highlighted experience includes
- Helped build WarpDrive, the ERP at SpaceX, as well as applications including Planning, Shop Floor, Maintenance, Data Collection, and Scheduling
- Over a decade at Apriso in product leadership and architecture roles
- Full-stack developer at ProDB Business Systems
